I Social Events

Hard work alone won't make a team click. Combining work and play is the answer at Alea. In addition to the two big parties we throw every year--one in the summer and one in the winter--we also sponsor our own volleyball team, have cake days once a month to celebrate birthdays, host Lunch and Learns, movie afternoons, and potluck lunches. And that is just the planned stuff. Our spur-of-the-moment outings to company favourite watering holes are pretty popular too.
