Human Resources is the champion of Employee Relations at Alea. Upon arrival, new employees are greeted by HR, and made to feel right at home. HR works hard to develop retention strategies and succession plans to ensure the organization has the talent it needs to succeed.

When not organizing a potluck lunch or handing out taxi vouchers for a summer BBQ, HR is back at it, coordinating your compensation and benefits package and directing the overall company pay policy.
